Supplements: 2 capsules per day, preferably in the morning on an empty stomach with sufficient liquid.
Powders: Mix 2 tbsp. of your favourite product with 200ml of water, milk or an alternative of choice.
The products can also be combined, but as we are of the opinion that the maximum amount of 2 capsules per day should not be exceeded, we recommend taking 2 capsules of each product alternately per day. This may delay the onset of action, but ultimately you will benefit from a broader spectrum of effects.

Basically yes, as HAZEL only contains herbal products. However, you should consult your doctor if you regularly take medication. Especially if they are psychotropic drugs, e.g. SSRIs/SNRIs. You should also refrain from taking HAZEL if you are pregnant or possibly pregnant. Simply for safety reasons.
No, HAZEL only serves to support your diet, it is not a substitute for food.
